About the Event
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of LungNSPEI is called for and will be held at 200-6331 Lady Hammond Road on the 19th day of September, 2023 at 4:00 pm (ADT) for the following purposes: 1. To receive the audited financial statements of LungNSPEI for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023; 2. To elect board members; 3. To appoint the Auditors of LungNSPEI for the ensuing year; 4. To consider and, if amenable, approve bylaw amendments; 5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
