Are you interested in taking a survey about vaping? Are you between the ages of 16 and 24,
and you currently vape or have recently quit?

We are conducting this survey to better understand youth and young adult vaping behaviours, experiences, and product preferences across Canada.

**Chances of winning $100 gift card are dependent on the number of survey entries received. Gift cards will be drawn for once 2000 surveys have been completed, or once the survey has closed, whichever comes first. The draw for gift cards will be completed by December 31, 2025, at the latest.
