The only way to know the level of radon in your home is to measure it using a radon detection kit. Health Canada recommends measuring the radon in your home for at least three months, ideally during the fall or winter.
 
Our radon detection kits are three-month kits (can test up to 12 months), which include the detection device itself, instructions, lab testing, and an envelope to send your kit away to be tested. Delivery is an extra $5 (waived if you pick up the kit at our office)
 
Please note that kit purchasers are responsible for the fee to ship their package to the testing lab in New Brunswick once the three-month testing period is over. The address for the testing lab is included in the package. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-451-2221

Kits can be sent to the lab for analysis with the datasheet as a non-standard letter mail.
Once you send your detector for analysis please keep an eye on your junk mail for the report, which will come from the email no-reply@rpc.ca with the subject line Certificate of Analysis NB Research & Productivity Council
 
Please expect 4-6 weeks after sending in test kit to get results (check email and junk mail)
